Throughout the redesign process, my goal was to redesign ThoughtNav to be mobile responsive while motivating participants and researchers to complete necessary tasks. Using the research gathered during phase one, I was able to identify user needs, struggles, and pain points, which helped design a solution that provides a rewarding experience for each user from beginning to end.
